Grammy Sue took this picture of me at her and Grandpa Dave's house celebrating Christmas. I'm at this colorful table and chairs just for us grandkids, wearing my new toasty warm horse slippers and trying to learn how to sing into the microphone book along with the songs it plays. Once I get this figured out, I'll teach Blake how it works. Then we can do duets. Watch out American Idol!

Hey, everyone! Remember this stuff? Mommy and I went for walk to have a girl chat away from Blake and what did we find? Snow! Not a lot, but enough for me to walk in, pick up and remember how cold it is. Not much of it this winter so far, but I expect that will change and I'll get to try out some of my Christmas presents that were meant for snow and cold.

Know what's one of my most really, really favorite things about Christmas? Wrapping paper! Both outside and especially inside the box. I like the way it crinkles when I put my ear against it and play with it. I don't remember what the present was wrapped in this paper, but I remember the paper! How it felt. How it sounded. And how much fun it was.

One of my Christmas presents was this little Yorkshire terrier in his own carrying purse. He barks (softly, of course) when I squeeze him, which I'll probably do a lot 'cause he's so cute! Maybe not quite as cute as my new little brother, Blake, but cute nevertheless.

Look what Santa brought me for Christmas! A new baby brother! His name is Blake Thomas and he was born on Christmas Day! Daddy brought me to the hospital to see Mommy and she let me hold him. Boy, he weighs twice what I did when I was born! Mommy says he was the only baby born in the hospital on Christmas! I don't think I'm supposed to unwrap him, but I'll keep him anyway.

Look at all the presents! And Santa hasn't even come yet! I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and hope you all can share the joy of family gatherings. Mommy says there is one more precious gift coming to our family, but it won't be here until early next month. That's great! Another surprise to enjoy!

Merry Christmas everyone! I'm wearing one of my new Christmas dresses and can hardly stand still waiting for Santa Claus to come. Even if he comes to your house first it's okay. Mommy told me he manages to visit everyone before Christmas Eve turns into Christmas Day. Hope all your Christmas wishes come true.

Sometimes I like to pretend I'm camping out. I simply take one of Mommy & Daddy's pillowcases, slip inside with a favorite dolly or my Ellynap (the real one, not the replacements), and have a ball.

Listen to me, people. Cherish your privacy! I try to compensate by wearing rose colored glasses, but still the paparazzi relentlessly snap away. No matter where I go, what I wear, or how I try to seclude myself, they manage to find me and take my picture. And now, even my Mommy has done so!

Aaah! After a strenuous day of Christmas shopping, then helping Mommy clean house and prepare dinner, I like to unwind by slipping into my decor coordinated lounging pajamas, select an appropriate dolly to cuddle, settle back into my favorite easy chair, toss on a satin lap robe, and contemplate my day. Here's another picture Grammy Sue made during our visit to Charming Faire Farm. Daddy, Mommy and I enjoyed riding around behind the tractor and seeing the entire farm. It was a beautiful Autumn day in New England and we all had fun together.

Here I am about a month ago with my cousin Camille at her house. We had fun playing with Play Doh but Mommy snapped this picture while I was taking a break and eating an apple. Trust me. It tastes way better than Play Doh. Not sure about fiber content, though.

Daddy asked me if I enjoyed Trick or Treating in my Halloween Costume. I believe I answered in the affirmative, accompanied by an appropriate expression of the sentiment. Papa snapped my picture in my butterfly outfit at that precise moment. The star sticker on my cheek was added by me so I'd stand out from any other butterflies in the neighborhood. Nice touch, eh?

That's me in the middle. The one NOT traveling incognito by farm tractor! Everyone else is apparently concealing their identity from the authorities. Time to 'fess up. Grammy Sue, Mommy, yours truly, Daddy, and Grandpa Dave were all visiting Charminge Faire Farme (add or subtract any "e's" you want). We rode in a farm cart behind the tractor and got to enjoy the sights and smells of farming. The chain link fencing is to keep me from harming the animals, I think.

Here's my friend Kaden. We're playing in his sand box. Doesn't he have beautiful eyes? As you can see, it's not quite the same as playing in the sand at the beach in the summer. Mommy took this picture of my friend Dakota and me. Mommy and I were visiting and Dakota shared some of her books and toys with me. She's so much older so I try to learn from her. Dakota's Mommy, Terri-Lynn, and my Mommy have been friends since before either one of us were born. You know, way back in the last century.

Oops! Grandma Diane caught me on camera! Now you know. I discovered that the Oreo cookie eating technique can be applied to other sandwich style cookies as well. And it makes no difference if it's cream filled, or peanut butter, or anything else for that matter. Let's keep this between you and me, okay?

I've learned the proper etiquette for eating an Oreo cookie. Papa snapped this right while I was in the middle of eating. He could have at least waited until I was finished and had the chance to clean up and check my makeup! Remove the evidence, so to speak.

Nana Jan posed me on this rock at the party after my cousin Matthew's christening. If you look closely you can see the bandaid on my right knee covering my boo-boo. Other than that, I think I look relatively unscathed, if I do say so myself.

Papa took this picture just as I was trying to explain how big the wolves are to someone my size. I had my arms outstretched and still couldn't measure up to them. I wish he'd let me compose myself before he released the shutter, sometimes. Daddy had a good grip on me so I couldn't get too close to the wolves.
